These terms govern access to the public Ekava Nexus website and its non-production preview experiences.

Acceptance and permitted use

By using this website, you agree to these terms. You may use it for lawful evaluation and business communications. You may not interfere with security, test vulnerabilities without written authorization, scrape restricted areas, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the website to violate law or third-party rights.

Preview status

Product screens and workflows may be prototypes, demonstrations, or works in progress. They are not a production recordkeeping system and must not be relied on for accounting, tax, regulatory, investment, or reporting decisions. Features may change or be withdrawn.

No sensitive submissions

Do not upload or transmit client investment documents, credentials, personal identifiers, tax records, confidential portfolio information, or regulated data unless Ekava Nexus has expressly authorized a secure production channel under a written agreement.

Intellectual property and feedback

The website, product concepts, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or commercialize them without permission. If you voluntarily provide feedback, Ekava Nexus may use it without restriction or payment, provided it does not disclose your confidential information.

Third-party services

References to third-party systems do not imply endorsement, certification, or an active integration. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimer and limitation

The public website is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ekava Nexus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this public preview.

Commercial use

Production use will require separate written terms addressing service scope, security, confidentiality, data processing, support, fees, liability, governing law, and termination. Those signed terms will control over these website terms.
