This notice explains the limited information Ekava Nexus currently receives through its public website and design-partner communications.

Information we receive

The public website may receive technical information ordinarily generated when a website is accessed, such as IP address, device and browser type, request time, requested page, and security or delivery logs. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, business contact details, firm, role, and message.

How we use information

We use this information to operate and secure the website, respond to inquiries, evaluate design-partner opportunities, prevent misuse, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use public-site contact information for third-party behavioral advertising.

Service providers and disclosure

Infrastructure and communications providers may process information on our behalf. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or complete a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and protection

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, dispute resolution, security, or legal requirements. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Production retention schedules and customer-data controls will be established in written customer agreements before onboarding.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of public-site contact information by emailing privacy@ekavanexus.com. Applicable rights depend on your location and are subject to lawful exceptions. We may verify a request before acting on it.

Do not submit investment documents yet

This public preview is not approved for production financial records, portal credentials, tax documents, government identifiers, or other sensitive client information. Do not send such information through ordinary email or the preview interface.

Changes and contact

We may update this notice as the service changes. Material revisions will receive a new effective date. Privacy questions may be sent to privacy@ekavanexus.com.
